Opened in April of 2016, Pulcinella’s pushes to root itself in the greater Danbury area as one of the premium restaurants offering both authentic Southern Italian cuisine and Napoletana style pizza. The focal point of the restaurant being the handmade wood fired oven, constructed by Italian master builder Sandro Petrazzuolo. Pulcinella’s is a family-run business with decades of restaurant experience between owners Gianni D’Alessandro and Alberto Escobar. Both Gianni and Alberto are seasoned artisans in the kitchen and wood-fired oven, crafting authentic Napoletana pizza and southern Italian dishes daily.
